LOVE 4 THE CHILDREN

Well, my friends! Finally we are together again! But with the children we have been together during the whole month and that’s what happened to us: many children in His mercy and love have been returned back to their families or have been taken in a foster home. Before the summer we had around 20 people, and in the beginning of eptember, only 7 and all of them were girls. Our first lesson was held on September 2. On this day, we played a lot on the street, running, screaming, got acquainted with those whom we didn’t know and there was a lot of fun! On the next lesson we saw the children who knew very little of our God, and to be confident in His love and mercy to us, we began to study His character through His names. The Name of the Lord is a strong tower, in which we can always take refuge in the quiet time and during storms and experiences. And also our Lord is a strong and powerful Creator as well, who gave each of us life and even more of that. He defined and our external features: the figure, eye color, our hair, smile, and more, and after looking at us He said that we are excellent! Girls like our lessons very much, our songs and games as well. Let’s hope that in the future we will also have a wonderful time with them! Let His mercy be with us and in the further! Please, pray for us!

Greetings my dear friends! I want to share with you about how God has blessed children and us during this month. We had only two trips to the orphanage, but during each of them we taught children what God wants. He wants us to have His Heart and not to lie to anybody! We watched cartoon “Fly, who likes to lie” and understood that we might stay all alone, without friends, if we will always lie!
Second meeting took place partially outdoors. We were playing with children outside. After that we went to a classroom. We were cutting out copies of our hand prints and hanging them on the tree. This tree stands as a symbol that we became one family during this year and God the Father, united us. He is the One who brought us to these children. We were growing the tree of kindness in their hearts and e want to see good fruits in their lives. We want to see the faith in Jesus Christ and good behavior. As the symbol of first fruits, we did a little surprise for them, the Chupa Chups grew on the handprints, which were on the tree. We reviewed everything that we learned during this year. Surprisingly, they remember a lot of things which even we forgot. In the end (for the summer period), we gave them the pencil stand which they made with their own hands. Let God’s mercy be with them entire summer and entire life! Dear readers and translators, BIG THANK YOU that you were always nearby, helping and praying for our ministry. They did not take their own sins. Jesus Christ was crucified, beaten up, and humiliated for their salvation. It was a wonderful lesson, which no one ignored. It was important even for those who taught the lesson!
This Thursday, we were planning to have another meeting with Muppet show, during which children would hear about Easter again. Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, we were asked not to come to the orphanage and we don’t know what will happen next. Either we will be allowed to come more or no visits to this orphanage anymore. We are asking you to pray about orphanage administration, children and their parents. Please ask for God’s mercy for us, our trips, and communication with the children to continue. Let God’s mercy and grace be with you, so you could work for His glory! As Paul said in 1st Corinthians 3:5-7 Как говорил Павел в 1-е Коринфянам 3:5-7 “I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow”

Hello, my dear friends!
The beautiful spring time has come. I’m very glad we have an opportunity to visit orphanages in any time of the year. In the orphanage in Smilovichi I’ve got many friends. There are children of different ages. Whether it is a teenager or a little child, they all are always looking forward to us. This month we’ve played, communicated, learned new topics, watched cartoons with them. A lot of children hardly know about God, but they really enjoy what we tell them. Most of all they like craftwork and drawing pictures on particular biblical themes. They always do their best to do all the tasks, answer the questions with joy and sometimes even ask their own questions. The characters of children are different. Some of them know us not so well, but gradually they begin to trust us more and more. They tell us what is going on in their lives and about their studies. Many of them share with us how they miss home, parents and friends, tell us about their fear of the unknown. During the main biblical lesson a part of our team separates in order to talk with those who are unsociable, often cry and hardly communicate. For such children we apply face-to-face communication which helps them to open up. And we should pray and believe that these children will open their hearts not only to us, but also to God!
