found life in God! But what orphans find when we come? May is the last month of school. Summer holidays are coming soon. But also it’s time for good-byes and special feelings, because there are those whom you made friends with you love them very much. This m
onth we just spend time with the children. We talked one on one, for boys we organized some sports, and our trips ended with the day for those who had birthdays. The atmosphere was very good, songs, games, 
word from the Bible and of course presents. On that day many of them had a real birthday, with many friends and presents. For some of them it was for the first time in their lives. Nothing could make their joy go away.
On one of the days we organized a volleyball championship. It was very hard to win over guys from the orphanage, as were played as one, we had a good understanding in the team. This is a good example for them, that unity – is a very strong thing and a cord of three strands is not quickly broken. T
hough they lost the relationships stayed the same. There were many positive emotions from older guys and younger ones, who had their own program. Children love to have fun together! There were children from the whole small orphanage! Looking at us they see life in us and in God! What do they find? They find God! God, thank you that you use us, thanks to those who pray for this and helps with finances and encouragement!
I want to say that I am pleased with the result that we have reached by the end of this school year. 
Children became more open. They were open even for those whom they have seen for the first time, because now they accept everyone much closer than six months ago, and even more so a year ago. Many children are waiting for closing of the orphanage with the hope that maybe suddenly, after the closure, there will be something better.

y it is clear how much he wants to have a family, relatives, people dear to him. He wants and dreams about it, but it is unknown whether it is a dream of his parents? It even seems to me that very few people dream about him at all in this world…
That was one of the goals of our team: to become native to the children and to find their relatives. So, summing up, I think that we did it! I’m saying it not to tell you that we are good, but in order to show how great is our God!
In May, as it was before, we organized Bible classes, sporting events, trying to support their personal experiences and needs. Every conversation with children as for them, as for me brings a lot of joy, and after everything there is a big desire that this communication would not end even after boarding closes. The brightest event of this month was the farewell party, which we’ve called “Birthday celebration”. The boys could hear the parting words, and also had an 
opportunity to play, to remember learning songs and just to talk at the banquet table and remember the times lived together. At the end guys could get farewell gifts. We called this evening a “Happy Birthdays” to congratulate the children of the orphanage with the birthdays that they have already celebrated or will celebrate this year!
May 27 we had the last trip to Grozovskii boarding school, as the school was closed.
Another academic year is almost over. Our friends will have exams soon, then entering exams. Some 
of them will enter a job and become adults immediately. They are obviously worried now and we worry together with them too. What is waiting for them in their lives? What choices will they make in different 
situations and how they will use the knowledge we have already given to them? I cannot imagine how it all will work but I just believe that our God will take care of our lovely boys and girls and He will look after them as a loving 
Father. I am happy that many of them know Christ and know that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and they know that they always have a choice.
Our guys like when they can talk to us separately, in groups of boys and girls where they can discuss different topics and ask questions. During our last meeting girls talked 
about conflicts and the ways of solving such problems. What was interesting is that girls gave some concrete real situations from their own experience. Nastya, with the help of the Bible, helped the girls to analyze those situations, thinking about the consequences and making wise summaries. Unfortunately, the time we had wasn’t enough and that’s why we started corresponding with them
. A lot of children there don’t have mobile phones and that’s why we decided to use their exercise-books where they can write about their lives, 
worries, happy moments and give these exercise-books to us for reading and answering. This helps us to learn much about our friends and to become closer to them. During this month we had some other meetings dedicated to such topics as: “Offence” (the example of the biblical Joseph), “How not to lose faith in difficult situations of life”. And also during one of the meetings we organized a Christian concert with participation of one of the rap-singers from USA. This was quite an unusual concert even for us, but at the orphanage there are a lot of boys who like rap music. As for us, we are always happy when after our meetings children are satisfied!

School time is over. This year was quite diverse in activities. We had some difficulties, but the Lord blessed us through it all. Praise the Lord for everyone who’s been with us serving the orphans in our country!
This month we’ve taught children to be friendly. The life in the orphanage and kind of compition among kids often harden and make them very rude. Using an example of a good samaritain, we showed kids that whatever happens in our lives we should be always there for anyone who needs help. Children often ask us for some advice, so it shows that they trust us. One of the questions I’ve been recently asked is ” I’ve come to nowhere. How can I find the way out of this?” Also there were questions connected with parents and relationships with boys and 
girls. We chose the topic so that it would point out that there is always a way for God, He knows how to deal with anything. We took Jahir from the Bible as an example to show them that God cares about people and there is nothing impossible for Him. The children are very dissapointed and discouraged that their parents left them and they think nobody cares for them. But the Bible tells us, that Jesus always cares about people and their problems. We discussed different ways from different situations and pointed out that suiside or any other extrems are not the way out and never will be. Jesus says – “Don’t be afraid, just trust Me”. We also told the kids that they shouldn’t give up, even if the whole world will stand against them.
Leaving the room, boys and girls were saying that they needed support drom friends and adults. They were so grateful that we come and encourage them. We understand that it is only by God’s grace that we can come and talk to them on any topics. It’s so easy to get into depression if you don’t know God! There are many fatal outcomes among teenagers in Belarus. We feel so sorry for young boys and girls who didn’t hear on time that there is hope in God!
We are planning to run a summer camp for children from Belynichie boarding school in June. The team is getting ready for it and the children are looking forward to going there. Organising a camp is a great opportunity to shows kids in practise what the Bible tells us about.
We believe that meanwhile it will bear fruits in the lives of children, and also mentors who are involved in running the camp. We know satan will try to atack us, to ruin our plans, to discourage us, so we are asking to keep praying for us and for this camp, which will be held 10 days beginning on the 9th June.
Brothers and sisters, we are so grateful that the Lord renews our strength and gives us hope! Our prayers are that God will also bless you and renew your strength every day and will give you hope in difficult circumstances. It brings us gratefulness and joy that you are care about orphans’ lives and our ministry to them.
We are also grateful for people who help us to translate these articles. Our translation is not always great (we don’t have good consistent translator, so many people help with it). However, we want to say that our Lord is great whom we preach. He loves and cares about us and orphans, which is most important!
This month was not easy. 
Nevertheless, we were able to share very important topics with children. We used their own examples to show the guilt and pay for sins, which they commit. They did not take their own sins. Jesus Christ was crucified, beaten up, and 
humiliated for their salvation. It was a wonderful lesson, which no one ignored. It was important even for those who taught the lesson!
This Thursday, we were planning to have another meeting with Muppet show, during which children would hear about Easter again.
Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, we were asked not to come to the orphanage and we don’t know what will happen next. Either we will be allowed to come more or no visits to this orphanage anymore. We are asking you to pray about orphanage administration, children and their parents. Please ask for God’s mercy for us, our trips, and communication with the children to continue. Let God’s mercy and grace be with you, so you could work for His glory!
